Co-Founders
Peter Roisman
With 30+ years of entrepreneurial expertise, Mr. Roisman has a track record of launching and leading emerging businesses across diverse sectors. His business principles blend timeless fundamentals with innovative strategies.
He is the Co-Founding Principal, President & CEO of REV™, The Multifamily Leasing Company, a Houston-based venture established in 2019. REV elevates multifamily leasing performance by providing property owners and asset managers with a revenue-focused solution to leasing problems. Under his leadership, REV has become a trailblazer in multifamily leasing management, decoupling leasing from property management, making it singularly important, and achieving leasing milestones previously unattained on 35,000 units across the US.
To expand upon REV’s success and grow its reach to a fully national level, Mr. Roisman and his executive team at REV developed REV Leasing Score™ (RLS) and REV Leasing University™ (RLU) — two innovative products designed to empower multifamily teams, from ownership to leasing management, with a streamlined approach to evaluate and enhance leasing operations. By applying RLS insights across a large number of properties, owners and managers efficiently benchmark and compare performance, driving portfolio-wide improvements. RLU provides synergistic educational and workforce development tools so owners can take control and enhance their team’s performance on a large-scale basis.
Prior to REV, Mr. Roisman served as a Development Partner, Project Manager, and Equity Stakeholder at SurgCenter Development (www.surgcenter.com). During his tenure, SurgCenter grew from approximately 35 to nearly 200 ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), becoming the most prolific and successful ASC developer in the US.
Earlier, Mr. Roisman excelled in the sports industry, representing athletes, establishing his own sports agency, and later heading the Golf Division at Octagon, a global sports management and marketing powerhouse. Mr. Roisman is a graduate of Amherst College and the University of Connecticut School of Law and currently lives with his wife in San Juan, Puerto Rico and Groton Long Point, Connecticut.
