Yes, REV™ requires a 90 day commitment from our partners to allow for time to implement systems that are essential for leasing success.
REV™ will replace any leasing professional the next business day with another exceptional leasing professional.
While our leasing professionals main focus is leasing, they will also help maintain an efficient management office by handling resident issues on an as needed basis so long as it doesn’t cut significantly into their leasing time.
Yes, REV™ plans on growing through the south, southwest and west but will also provide Leasing Professionals in other markets where our clients need leasing professionals.
REV™ provides clients our services at Lease Up, Conventional, Value Add, Distressed, Assisted Living, Student Housing, Tax Credit and Senior Living Properties in Class A Plus, Class A, Class B and occasionally Class C Plus with Value Add .
REV™ provides our clients with Certified Leasing Professionals who have been through over 200 and up to 500 hours of classroom training and Fair Housing certification.
REV™ works with owners, asset management and property management over a five to seven day assessment to determine what is needed at the property.
No. REV™ only provides consistently excellent leasing professionals to our clients. REV™ will provide Leasing Management services as part of its relationship with the client.
